Grant Chamberlain

Director and Principal Solicitor

Biography

“Helping people – it’s why we’re here,” says Grant Chamberlain when asked what he loves about being a lawyer.

Grant is a Director and Principal Solicitor at ‘No win No fee’ estate lawyer, WillClaim. He helps clients to formulate strategies to avoid, or resolve, Will disputes. He is a natural problem-solver and enjoys guiding clients through the implementation of case strategy to a successful outcome.

Grant’s personal philosophy is to imbue all his client work with kindness and respect. He is meticulous about delivering on his promises and takes the responsibility of his work seriously. He relates the story of one of his clients as a key influence on this approach:

“I acted for a client who was left out of a Will by her late father, who had abused her as a child.

For the client the case wasn’t about the money but about her family recognising her suffering.

Her genuine joy and sense of validation when her claim was successful will always stay with me.”

Grant wants to expand the mission of WillClaim, so that he and the firm can help more people resolve Will disputes for a fair outcome.

“We are experts in the field of estate Litigation and estate Planning. If you want good work and exceptional service, then we are here for you when you are ready to take the next step,” he said.
